EXCHANGE POLICY

AeroGear Product Exchanges
Exchanges must be initiated within seven (7) business days of purchase and
will only be accepted as an exchange. Along with the item to be exchanged
please enclose your original order number, replacement item number, and
size/color preference (if necessary). All shipping charges to complete the exchange
process are the buyer’s responsibility (ie: shipping charges to return the item and
shipping charges to replace the item). For your convenience we have created an
electronic exchange form that you can use to print & submit your exchange.
Follow the simple instructions on the form, and we can process your
exchange as quickly as possible.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill out the electronic exchange form.

PLEASE NOTE: All international sales are final and are excluded from the terms and
conditions of the exchange policy.
When you complete the electronic order form, be sure to PRINT a copy to
include with your return shipment (You can use the printed address label
that is part of the exchange form).
